RISO prints can be somewhat inconsistent in color and registration (which is part of the charm) so some variation between what you see on screen and the final print you receive can occur.
We check each print to make sure it is within our guidelines for quality control and therefore we can’t accept returns based on slight imperfections in colour and/or registration.
We will only accept refunds or replacement of your product for reasons of clear damage or delivery errors. If your prints are damaged during postage please email a clear image of the damage to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement to be shipped to you or refund your purchase if you desire
If you receive the wrong prints in error please send us a picture of the prints you did receive and we will ship you the correct ones. To compensate you for your trouble you can keep the ones we sent as our gift to you.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to return your damaged prints please send to the address below. You will be responsible for these costs.

We print all our prints on Recycled stock of varying colours and weights but typically 250gsm Envirocare from Ball and Doggett

We currently only ship to Australian addresses.
We use a variety of shipping providers who normally deliver between 3-10 business days.
